Synergy Sports offers personal training for youth athletes and adult members. For our younger athletes it will be an added advantage for them to have training on site to work around their regularly scheduled practices. Synergy Sports offers specialized and sport-specific training for athletes of all levels and ages. We will help you focus on endurance, running, strength training, triathlons and marathon training, weight loss goals, speed work and overall fitness.
We offer one-on-one training and two-on-one training. Packages are done by 1 month (8 sessions) or 3 months (24 sessions).
